Agenda:
- 10:15 a.m. - bus check in and high fives all around
- 10:30 a.m. - bus departure from Earl's Polo Park (please respect everyone's time and don't be late as the bus will leave at 10:30 a.m.) (BYOB is encouraged)
- 11:00 a.m. - arrive at Kingswood GC (the driving range will be open for complimentary warm-up)
- 11:15 a.m. -player check-in and BBQ lunch at host table located just outside the clubhouse (burgers are served with your choice of beer or soft drink)
- 11:30 a.m. - "Up and down challenge" located at clubhouse practice green (solid prize offered to winner, rules will be explained by our lovely volunteers)
- 12:30 p.m. - shotgun start at your respective holes
- 6:30 p.m. - dinner to be served (winner winner chicken dinner, buffet style)
- 7:00 p.m. - prizes and recognition
- 8:00 p.m. - conclusion and bus departure from Kingswood GC
- 8:30 p.m. - arrive at Earl's Polo Park
- 8:35 p.m. - Birdies for Blades after-party hosted by Earl's Polo Park
